This retreat is surrounded by a peach orchard which has breathtaking views of Mt. Garfield and is surrounded by farms, vineyards and wineries. Mosher-Talley Orchard (MTO) is a ten acre, third generation farm. Located on the Fruit and Wine Byway, we are eight miles from Palisade or downtown Grand Junction. There are two wineries within one mile in either direction and four wineries within three miles. We provide electric hook-ups along with an indoor bathroom (no shower). Bring a propane bottle for our gas fire pit or enjoy our traditional one with complimentary wood. Friendly pets are welcome! There are two small free-range farm dogs that will likely greet you. On occasion, wildlife roams the property as well. Other local activities: (season depending) - Multiple hiking and mountain biking trails -Skiing/snowboarding (45 minutes away) -Wineries, distilleries and craft breweries -Local produce, pies, honey & farmer’s markets -River activities: rafting, SUP’s, and floating -Festivals -FishingThis retreat is in a lovely working peach orchard with breathtaking views of Mt.Garfield and is surrounded by neighboring orchards/farms, vineyards and wineries. Reverie Retreat is located within Mosher-Talley Orchard (MTO) which is a ten acre, third generation farm. During the summer months, July-September, you will have access to cherries, apricots, peaches, nectarines, fresh tomatoes and other produce on site. *This is a working farm and there are employees and customers from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm from July to September * This site is also located on the “Fruit and Wine Byway”, and eight miles from Palisade or downtown Grand Junction. There are two wineries within one mile in either direction and four wineries within three miles. Only one group is invited per night to ensure privacy. Electric hook-ups along with an indoor bathroom (no shower), and water access is provided. There is a half mile walking/jogging loop. Bring a propane bottle for our gas fire pit or enjoy our traditional one. Friendly pets are welcome! There are free-range farm dogs that will likely greet you. On occasion, wildlife roams the property as well. During the warm months we have an employee living on the property and ask that reasonable quiet times be recognized. Yard Camping on a Cute Peach Farm
MTO is so beautiful, the views are amazing! Eric and Amanda were super friendly and checked in on us a few times to make sure we didn’t need anything. Our dogs loved being farm pups for the weekend and it was much more relaxing not having to worry about keeping them on a leash. MTO is conveniently located close to vineyards, downtown Palisade, and hiking trails, which was great as we ventured out a lot! The Colorado National Monument is also only about 20 minutes away and was breathtaking! We tent camped in the yard which is in between the main house and the peach house. The yard was well kept and mostly flat. The bathroom in the peach house was clean and it was a nice luxury to have access to it as well as water and electricity. Overall we had a great time and highly recommend this spot!

A beautiful location and Eric was as nice and as welcoming as could be. His three dogs were all lovely and friendly, what a treat to stay here.

Would I stay there again? Heck yeah
Eric and Amanda's farm is immaculate! Staying at their place surrounded by healthy peach trees, tomatoes, hay field and the bees was really special. Eric and Amanda are super friendly and warm. They answered our many questions about their operation. We are already planning a return when the peaches, tomatoes and honey are ready! Bonuses: friendly dogs, beautiful views of Mt. Garfield, level parking, nice grassy area, a bathroom with a toilet and sink, quiet nights and a quick walk to the Palisade Pie Shop (get ready to walk out of there with a box load of goodies!). I highly recommend this sweet spot and now wish we had planned on 2 nights!

Peaceful Palisade Paradise.
Peaceful site in a peach, nectarine, and cherry orchard with a lovely grassy area for our pups to play. Access to electricity, water, and bathroom made for a wonderful stay. Eric, the owner, was super kind and helpful with recommendations for restaurants, and wineries in Palisade.

Easy overnight stay in Palisade
Was extremely convenient, clean and easy to find. Pups greeted us in the morning, but were not very intrusive. Wish we were there during peach season!

Reverie Retreat at MTO
Quiet time on the orchard.
You couldn't ask for a nicer host. Eric was incredibly friendly and very responsive. He greeted us when we arrived and told us all about his orchard and welcomed us to go explore. Our kids loved it. We were a little early for their peach harvest. They were just tiny things during our visit. I hear they're delicious though. Also, be prepared to be camping in a driveway/front yard. With that said, the fire pit and lots of wood were waiting for us. The bathroom is super clean too. Don't pass up the pie shop across the road either. We had breakfast there on the way out and it was amazing.
